Frequently Asked Questions

  • Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for shipping!
    Shipping times will vary - custom items take longer to make, ready-made items could be shipped out in a few days.

    Preorders may take a few weeks to a few months to ship. This will be indicated in the individual listing.

    When your item is getting ready to be shipped, we will email you!

  • All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are generally allowed.
    While we do not generally allow refunds - we will under rare circumstances, if you are unsure please contact us.
    Most items are OOAK (one of a kind), meaning exchanges and refunds/ redos are not usually possible.
    If an item gets damaged in the mail, we will do our best to replace it.

  • Most or all of my chokers use printed pleather (faux leather), meaning the print can be damaged if exposed to any chemicals or body sprays (makeup remover, alcohol, sunscreen, etc) so please try to keep those away from the choker or the print may become damage!

    Otherwise, please store your choker either hanging up in a jewelry case or inside of the organza bag you received it in.

  • All of my apparel will be produced in USA sizing, and sizing will be provided on each individual listing.

  • We strive to be as least wasteful as possible.
    All apparel/ garments are made on demand, or ordered in small batches so nothing goes to waste. All items not sold are stored until they can be upcycled or sold on discount.
    Most items available are handmade - fabric scraps are kept or recycled into stuffing, and items are made of reclaimed or already-purchased material found in-studio.
